1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4444k platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, live casino, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 4444k.

These Terms apply to all users of the 4444k platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one exists.

3. Account Registration & Security

• 4444k reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documentation (government-issued ID, bank statement, or utility bill).
• Accounts that fail identity verification may be suspended pending review. Withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4444k is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security precautions. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4444k supports multiple payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4444k offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or major cricket tournaments like the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
